These special home visits welcome new babies into the community and inform parents about resources available in their area. Many times, home visitors are able to connect parents with playgroups, support groups, assistance programs, helpful resources, or even other families.

Home visitors bring along a free “Welcome Baby” bag filled with an assortment of information and gifts. Welcome Baby visits are available in the towns we serve to anyone with a new baby at home.
