Family/Child Home Visits

Family/Child Home Visits

Family/Child Home Visits

Our home visitor staff will visit anyone, at home or out in the community, who would like this service – from a one-time informational visit to regular in-home support.  Each visit is tailored to meet the needs and interests of the child(ren) or the entire family.

Support can be in the form of conversational advice, formal referral for additional programs or services, or on-going modeling of emotional, social, behavioral, or developmental approaches.

If you are interested in receiving a Family/Child Home Visit or to make a referral, please contact Monique Braman, at (802) 685-2264 or [email protected]

Some of our Home Visits are funded by the Parent Child Center Master Grant from the Agency of Human Services [Department for Children and Families, Child Development Division].

Welcome Baby Visits

These special home visits welcome new babies into the community and inform parents about resources available in their area. Many times, home visitors are able to connect parents with playgroups, support groups, assistance programs, helpful resources, or even other families.

Home visitors bring along a free Welcome Baby bag filled with an assortment of information and gifts. Welcome Baby visits are available in the towns we serve to anyone with a new baby at home.

To receive a Welcome Baby visit or to make a referral for a family, contact Monique Braman, Children’s Integrated Services Coordinator, at (802) 685-2264 or [email protected]

Our Welcome Baby visits are funded by the Agency of Human Services, Department for Children and Families, Child Development Division.
